Here, we introduce a case study from a customer who has actually implemented it. 【Nihon Hoist Co., Ltd.】 ■Background of Challenges - Promotion of shorter delivery times and improved quality through in-house production, and securing cost competitiveness. - Improvement of productivity through standardization and commonality of parts across a wide range of crane systems, from small to large. - Early realization of optimal designs that meet various customer needs through modeling of crane systems and standardization of parts. ■Results - Achieved hybrid management of customer specifications and standardization/commonality.
